How projects run
A clear process, from first look to launch.
You provide the business knowledge. We run the website project — and you see and approve the direction before the full site is built.
Six milestones. At each one you know what happens, what we need from you and what gets approved.
Milestone 01
Discovery and strategy
We learn the business before designing anything: its services, customers, competitors and what the site has to do.
- A kickoff to agree the goals, the project roadmap, milestones and how we'll communicate.
- A review of the current site, the offer, the competition and the path a new customer takes today.
- A site structure and page outline, plus the search and analytics plan, before any design starts.
- From you
- The business knowledge only you have — and access to the current website.
- Approved here
- The goals, scope and page plan.
Milestone 02
Visual exploration and references
We gather what already exists — logo, photos, reviews, service details — and the references for how the business should feel online.
- Collecting brand assets, photography, team and service information, and existing reviews.
- Gathering visual references: sites and styles that fit the business, and ones that don't.
- Only what's necessary is requested. No giant questionnaire.
- From you
- Your logo, photos and any examples you like or dislike.
- Approved here
- The material the design will be built from.
Milestone 03
Art direction and design approval
You see the core direction — structure, messaging and look — before the full site is built.
- The key pages are designed and presented with the reasoning behind each decision.
- Feedback is collected as one consolidated round, focused on the agreed goals.
- This is the Direction Checkpoint: problems get caught while they're still cheap to change.
- From you
- One consolidated set of feedback on the direction.
- Approved here
- The design direction, before the full build moves forward.
Milestone 04
Development and integration
The approved direction becomes a fast, responsive production site, with forms, analytics and search fundamentals built in.
- Responsive development across desktop, tablet and mobile.
- Calls, quote requests, bookings and forms wired to where they need to go.
- Technical and on-page search fundamentals, and measurement, built in rather than bolted on.
- From you
- Answers to content questions as pages come together.
- Approved here
- Page content and revisions within the agreed scope.
Milestone 05
Visual QA and testing
Layouts, forms, links, analytics and the key customer paths are checked before launch.
- Every agreed page reviewed on desktop and mobile for layout, type and image quality.
- Forms, links, analytics, sitemap, SSL and performance checked against a launch checklist.
- If something in the agreed build is broken because of our work, we fix it — no invoice for correcting our mistake.
- From you
- A final look at the launch-ready site.
- Approved here
- The site is ready to go live.
Milestone 06
Launch and handoff
The site goes live only after the checklist is complete, and you're shown how to run it.
- Launch, with Search Console and analytics confirmed working.
- A walkthrough of how to update content, read analytics and request support.
- A 30-day window after launch: bugs in the agreed build are corrected at no charge.
- From you
- Domain and hosting access for launch. Your domain, site and accounts stay yours.
- Approved here
- Whether anything is worth improving next — or nothing yet.
What you can expect
Less uncertainty at every step.
No timeline is invented up front. It is agreed in writing for your project, along with the scope and the price, before anything starts.
One person responsible
Founder-led from Redlands, California. The person who learns your business stays close to the strategy, design and build.
Work shown, not described
Progress is shared at each milestone with the work itself and the reasoning behind it.
Consolidated feedback
Feedback is gathered in focused rounds, tied to the goals agreed at kickoff — not an endless stream of small requests.
Nothing assumed
Recommendations are explained in plain English. You never need technical knowledge to make a decision.
The Direction Checkpoint
The core direction gets approved before the full build moves forward. That means problems get caught while they're still cheap to change.
The Build-It-Right Guarantee
Before launch, we test the agreed pages, core links, forms, responsive layouts and conversion paths. If something in the agreed build is broken because of our work, we fix it. No additional invoice for correcting our mistake.

Do I own the website?
Yes. Your domain, website and core accounts stay yours. We don't use ownership to trap clients.
Can you guarantee I'll make more money?
No credible website company can guarantee your revenue. Your offer, reputation, pricing, demand, sales process and traffic all matter. We guarantee the parts we control: the agreed build, implementation, QA and correction of our mistakes.
How long will the rebuild take?
It depends on scope. We'll give you the timeline before the project begins rather than inventing a universal turnaround number.
You already did the hard part
You built a business worth taking seriously. Make sure the website says the same thing.
