When you submit a form on this site — a consultation request, website review request, or assessment — we collect what you type: your name, contact details, business information, and whatever you tell us about your situation.

Like most websites, we may also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what devices they use. This data doesn't identify you personally.

Form submissions are used for exactly one purpose: responding to your inquiry and preparing for the conversation you asked for. Analytics data is used to improve the site.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a transactional email provider (Resend) and may be stored in our systems so we don't lose your inquiry. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics when enabled.

You can browse this entire site without submitting anything. If you'd like information you previously submitted to be deleted, email hello@novenworks.com and we'll take care of it.
