Haven Family Dentistry
People put off the dentist because of what they don't know. This site answers it first: services organized the way patients ask about them, the first visit explained in three steps, and an honest note about insurance.

A complete, working site we designed and built to show how we approach this kind of business. Not a paid engagement.
The gap
What a customer had to work through.
- The customer
- A nervous adult or a busy parent, on a phone, often before office hours, deciding whether to make the call.
- The trust problem
- Patients put off the dentist because of what they don't know — and most dental sites answer none of it.
A family practice has to reassure nervous adults, busy parents and people comparing cosmetic work — on the same page, mostly on a phone, often before office hours.
What we did about it
- Led with a warm, plain promise and two actions — request an appointment or call — that stay in reach on mobile.
- Organized services into the questions patients actually ask, with implants featured for the patients making the biggest decision.
- Explained the first visit in three steps, and wrote an insurance note that tells the truth instead of a slogan.
- Put the location in everyday terms — next to the shops patients already visit — with hours and a map.
